asked the Minister of Technology whether he will make a study of the findings of the Edwards Committee.

This is primarily a matter for my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade, but we shall certainly carefully consider those aspects of the Report which concern this Department.

Mr. Marten

Can the Minister say whether the Report has now been submitted to the Government and when he hopes that it will be published?

Mr. Mallalieu

I believe that the Report has been submitted. Publication is a matter for my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade.
