§ Mr. PriceDoes my right hon. Friend agree that the delay has been far too long? Will he tell us what it has cost? If the components manufacturers are not delivering equipment in time will he name them, in an effort to make them get a move on?
§ Mr. StonehouseThere has been a great expansion in demand, but, as I said, 628 we hope to meet the demand by the end of this year.
