§ 35. Sir W. Teelingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will make a statement on the present position concerning United Kingdom claims on the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics over Tsarist debts.
§ The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs (Mr. Frederick Mulley)We have told the Soviet Government that we hope it may be possible to initiate discussions with them on these claims.
