§ Mr. WallMay we have an assurance that this will cover financial aid for three years and that the outstanding problem, land alienation, will also be included in the discussions?
§ Mr. PrenticeI do not want to anticipate the discussions, which are due to start next week. But, as the hon. Gentle- 1088 man knows, the Government do not accept the Swaziland claims in respect of the land alienation question, although we have always acknowledged that a programme of land settlement projects could form some part of their development plan which could qualify for some of our aid.
