§ Mr. van StraubenzeeWhile thanking the Parliamentary Secretary for that letter and understanding the limitations of the statutory procedure, may I ask whether he will nevertheless, when he receives the application, remember that it comes from a very lively local community which is now long overdue for the status of a parish?
