Can he say, further, what other proposals he has made for the consideration of arrangements between Government agencies and private investors?
§ Mr. PrenticeThat goes rather wider than the Question. Certainly the meeting of the D.A.C. was concerned with private investment in developing countries, but it is not the practice to make a statement afterwards about the attitudes taken by the respective countries.
