It remains open to him to apply for admission on a future occasion and any application will be considered on its merits in the light of all the relevant circumstances.
§ Mr. JenkinsWill my hon. Friend look at this again? Is he aware that Mr. Choliere has not been refused entry to any other of the many countries in which he has travelled? Will my hon. Friend give an assurance that a third application will be looked at without prejudice and not be decided by the fact that two applications have already been refused?
§ Mr. EnnalsI have already told my hon. Friend that I will certianly consider any application on its merits.
