§ Mrs. DunwoodyMy right hon. Friend has mounted a large publicity campaign in order to draw the advantages of advance factories to as many industrialists as possible. I am sorry that land acquisition problems have held up the particular factory which the hon. Gentleman has in mind, but we hope that they are now solved.
