I have to acquaint the House that a message has been brought from the Lords by one of their Clerks as follows: The Lords have agreed to the Commonwealth Immigrants Bill without any Amendment. I have to notify the House in accordance with the Royal Assent Act 1967 that The Queen has signified Her Royal Assent to the following Act:
