§ Mr. SwinglerI do not know whether the hon. Gentleman is aware that we did not get the application from the council until January this year. It is necessary to make traffic counts, pedestrian counts and so on. I assure him that the gathering of this information will go forward as rapidly as possible and that we will give a decision at an early date.
