asked the Minister of Public Building and Works how many of his staff have attended internal training courses during the last year.

How many of these were members of the industrial staff, as well as professional and executive?

Mr. Mellish

Not enough. In fact, it is a very poor figure—3.4 per cent. I intend to do something about it. These are just the people who ought to be trained.
