§ Mr. MacDermotI cannot forecast a completion date. The proposals are still in their formative stage and have been published now to obtain public reaction to them.
§ Mr. WallWould not the hon. and learned Gentleman agree that the present condition of the hub of the Commonwealth is a disgrace? Will he do his best to see that this is the last of a long series of plans and that redevelopment starts as soon as possible?
§ Mr. MacDermotIf I were to affirm that, I should be giving a blessing to a plan which had not even been submitted to the Ministry, and obviously I cannot do so. I agree with the hon. Gentleman's first comment.
