I beg to move Amendment No. 5, in line 36, at end insert: (3) Section 6 above shall apply for purposes of this section, with the necessary adaptation of the reference to appropriating, as it applies for purposes of section 1. This Amendment is consequential on the insertion in the Bill, in Committee, of Clause 6—the Clause which partially defines the words with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it. As it stands, Clause 6 applies only for the purposes of Clause 1, but clearly it should now apply both to Clause 1 and Clause 15.
