§ Mr. SpeakerI wish to make a brief statement which will help hon. Members.
I see that the debate on Second Reading of the Consolidated Fund (Appropriation) Bill is to take place next Wednesday. I would remind hon. Members that they should hand in to my office their names and the topics they wish to raise, between now and 10 o'clock on the morning of Tuesday, 23rd. The Ballot will be, as last time, for name plus topic, not just name, and an hon. Member may hand in only his own name and his own topic.
I hope to put up the result of the Ballot about lunch time on Tuesday.
