§ Mr. MillanI beg to move Amend-men No. 115, in page 64, line 33, to leave out 'of the panel' and insert: 1566
'or possible members of the children's panel and members of the Children's Panel Advisory Committee'.This meets a point raised by my hon. Friend the Member for Glasgow, Provan (Mr. Hugh D. Brown) in Committee about the payment of expenses to prospective members of the children's panel and also members of the Children's Panel Advisory Committee. He drew attention to the fact that they did not seem to be provided for in the Schedule. I agree, and the Amendment inserts the appropriate provision. It was always intended that provision should be made for this.
