Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend or clarify the provisions of section 29 of the Transport Act 1962, it is expedient to authorise any increase attributable to the provisions of that Act in the sums which by or under any enactment are to be, or may be, issued out of the Consolidated Fund, raised by borrowing or paid into the Exchequer.—[Mr. Swingler.]
