Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision with respect to gaming, it is expedient to authorize—

  1. (a) the charging of fees in respect of licences, registration, certificates and permits under that Act and the payment into the Exchequer of such fees;
  2. (b) any increase attributable to that Act in the duties chargeable under section 13 (gaming licence duty) or section 14 (gaming machine licence duty) of the Finance Act 1966.—[Mr. Fitch.]
