§ Mr. HughesI would not agree with my hon. Friend that co-ordination has been entirely lacking, and the Government's proposals for reducing the number of local planning authorities in Wales and for reconstituting the Welsh Council will greatly strengthen co-ordination on all aspects of planning both within the areas of the local planning authorities and in Wales as a whole.
