Queen's Recommendation having been signified —

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision with respect to transport in and around Greater London, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of—
    1. (a) any sums required or authorised by that Act to be so paid; and
    2. (b) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums falling to be so paid under any other Act;
  2. (2) the making of provision by that Act for the extinguishment of the liability of the London Transport Board in respect of debts due from that body to the Minister of Transport.—[Mr. Marsh.]
