§ Mr. HuntThat Answer is welcome as far as it goes, but will the Minister please always bear in mind that high property values in areas like Bromley mean that those of modest incomes must look to the council for loans to help them with house purchase; and, therefore, any restrictions he imposes in that respect strike very hard at young couples in particular in my constituency?
