§ Mr. HyndI am sure that many hon. Members and other people in the country will be delighted to hear of this progress, and I hope that it will go still further in other Latin-American countries. With regard to the provision for the extension of scholarships, can my right hon. Friend say whether anything is being done by Her Majesty's Government to ensure that more scholarships will be available to the countries under these agreements?
