asked the Minister of Public Building and Works whether he will make an early statement on the progress of the Whitehall Redevelopment Plan, that is to say the Martin and Buchanan proposal; and whether the statement made in the House on 1st November, 1965, still remains the policy of Her Majesty's Government.
