Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the National Health Service Act 1946 and the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1947 and make other amendments connected with the National Health Service and for other purposes, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenditure incurred by the Minister of Health or the Secretary of State in making payments in respect of travelling expenses incurred by persons in making visits to patients detained in special hospitals within the meaning of the Mental Health Act 1959 or State hospitals within the meaning of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1960.—[Mr. K.
