Lords Amendment No. 16: In page 25, 33, after "notices" insert "or other means of".

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment.

With this Amendment we can take Lords Amendment No. 17, in Clause 29.

Dr. Mabon

Yes, Mr. Speaker. This is a useful Amendment because the erection of distinctive boundary pillars or posts could be as effective a way of indicating the boundaries of access land as the display of formal notices.
