HC Deb 23 October 1967 vol 751 c1341

The following Question stood upon the Order Paper:

41. Sir J. HOBSON

To ask the Attorney-General, whether he will call for a report from the police about the speeches made at the Black Power rally at the Mahatma Gandhi Hall in Fitzroy Square, London, on 6th October 1967, with a view to considering a criminal prosecution; and whether he will make a statement.

Mr. Speaker

By agreement with the right hon. and learned Member for Warwick and Leamington (Sir J. Hobson), I am not calling Question No. 41 as the matter has become sub judice over the weekend.
