Friend please bear in mind that there is a fund of good will on this side of the House for any development along these lines, as such a development would be of great assistance in releasing creative energies among our people, would be a considerable help to exports, and. above all, because the idea of a National Film School enjoys great support among the commercial film industry?
§ Miss LeeI agree with what my hon. Friend is saying, and I think it is well worth noting that because of this very valuable report, commercial interests, art and educational interests, and trade unionists, agree that it would be very useful.
§ Mr. ChannonIt may be impossible now to give extra funds for this project, but is the right hon. Lady aware that there is good will on both sides of the House for a project of this kind when funds can be made available?
