§ Mr. MorrisI cannot anticipate what the Minister's view will be on this. I know the possibility of the electrification of the line is being examined by the Board. It is for the Board to initiate proposals. I am told its studies are not yet sufficiently advanced to indicate when the proposals will come forward.
