§ Mr. SwinglerI know that there has been quite a long period of consideration of this, but the hon. Gentleman will realise that this is not an inexpensive scheme, and, indeed, it will cost more than £130,000; but it has now been agreed. The technical details will be worked out as quickly as possible, and I can assure the hon. Member that the structural work will start early.
