Langford-Holtasked the Minister of Social Security whether she will amend her Regulations so that persons over 21 years of age who are entitled to supplementary pensions do not lose this right if they rent accommodation from their own family and pay a contribution to their parents who have no legal obligations to support them.
§ Mr. PentlandThere is no need for such an amendment. Living with his parents does not prevent a claimant from receiving benefit.
