§ Mr. Eric Ogden (Liverpool, West Derby)The Bill has had a smooth and speedy passage through Second Reading and Committee and I will do nothing to slow down that progress. I hope that the House will not think me presumptuous if I take this opportunity of thanking those who helped me to draft the Bill and who have given it the support which it has had and of expressing the hope that it will have corresponding support in another place.
§ The Minister of State, Board of Trade (Mr. J. P. W. Mallalieu)This is a useful little Bill, and I congratulate my hon. Friend the Member for Liverpool, West Derby (Mr. Ogden) on sponsoring it. I thank both sides of the House for the speed with which they have dealt with it and I wish it gospeed on the rest of its journey to the Statute Book.
