§ Mr. MoyleWill my hon. Friend consider making sure that this is more widely understood? People with a P60 form must pay Income Tax and, if a person's income is too small to warrant a P60 form, it is more difficult to claim social security benefits. People whose incomes are too small for them to pay Income Tax are the very people who want security benefits.
§ Mr. PentlandAs we have been doing, we shall continue to do everything possible to make this more widely understood. It is already widely known throughout the country. If there are any other possibilities we shall gladly consider them.
