§ Miss HerbisonI shall be submitting to the National Insurance Advisory Committee draft amending regulations to extend my powers to accept contributions 65 paid late as having been paid at the due date, where there are special circumstances to warrant this course. I have thought it right to anticipate these regulations in the case to which the hon Lady refers.
§ Dame Irene WardI thank the right hon. Lady for this small act of justice. When are the regulations governing the whole of this kind of concept likely to be introduced?
