§ Miss BaconI appreciate the problem, but the circular to which my hon. Friend refers asks for reports to be addressed to my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health and local authorities have addressed to him any inquiries arising out of it. None of those inquiries has specifically concerned the Home Office.
