§ Mr. William RodgersThe delegation visited the United Kingdom as guests of the Foreign Office and the British Council. They negotiated a two-year programme of educational, cultural and scientific exchanges. The programme is on a modest scale but reflects our interest in gradually improving our relations with Mongolia.
