Lords Amendment: No. 62, in page 32, line 15, at end add: and in section 5(5) of the Criminal Justice Act 1961 (construction of references to terms of imprisonment) the reference to section 14 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1948, shall be construed as including a reference to section 38 of this Act".
