§ 95A. Where any society, association or other body, whose main objects include the protection of amenity or the conservation or study of features of natural, historic or archaeological interest, petition against a bill, alleging that the amenity or such features of any locality will be adversely affected to a material extent by the provisions contained in the bill, it shall be competent to the Court of Referees, if they think fit, to admit the Petitioners to be heard on such allegations against the bill or any part thereof.—[Mr. Carol Johnson] —Debate arising;
