Friend for that reply, but, as there is nearly £700 worth of damage to this one property alone, does he not feel that the matter should now receive the urgent treatment that it deserves, having in mind the longstanding suffering in this area due to these road developments?
§ Mr. DaviesI assure my hon. Friend that the legal negotiations in these matters are very complex, as he is aware, but negotiations for compensation for damage caused to property by the road works are already well advanced.
