§ Mr. SpeakerI note that there are groupings of Questions which bring in some late numbered Questions. As I told the House once before, I cannot automatically allow supplementary questions to hon. Members whose Questions are very low on the Order Paper. I must endeavour to protect those who have put their Questions down earlier.
