§ Mr. FreesonThe conditions my right hon. Friend imposes when authorising an open-cast site include restrictions on blasting. No recent representations about nuisance or damage from this cause have been received, but if the hon. Member has any particular site in mind I will ask the Chairman of the National Coal Board to look into the matter and write to him.
