I beg to move, as an Amendment to the words so restored to the Bill, in page 61, line 29, to leave out from 'section' to end of line 30 and to insert '208 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1966'. Like two previous Amendments, the need for this Amendment arises because the Royal Assent was given to the consolidation Measure—the Housing (Scotland) Act, 1966—just before Christmas, after this Bill had left the Commons. The substance of the new subsection is the same as that of the old subsection that we are seeking to delete.
