§ Mr. MarshI beg to move Amendment No. 37, in page 5, line 13, at the end to insert:
'(4) The Minister shall lay before each House of Parliament a copy of each report under subsection (1) above.'This, again, is an Amendment consequential on an undertaking given to the hon. Member for Yeovil (Mr. Peyton). It requires the Minister to lay before Parliament the reports made to him by the Corporation under Clause 4(1) on the organisation of the public sector. The hon. Gentleman also asked in Committee that the reports should be published. Under the normal procedure, it will be for the House of Commons to order these reports to be published. So the Amendment meets everything the hon. Gentleman asked for.
