Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision with a view to the ratification on behalf of the United Kingdom of the Convention on Offences and certain other Acts Committed on board Aircraft, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to any of the provisions of that Act in the sums falling to be so paid under any other Act.—[Mr. J.
