Lords Amendment: No. 12, in page 58, line 4, at end insert: and 'National Parks planning authority' means a local planning authority whose area consists of or includes the whole or part of a National Park".

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment.

The purpose of the Amendment is to define the "National Parks planning authority", about which it appears there might otherwise be some doubt. I hope that the House will accept this definition.
