§ Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for the control of drug addiction, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses of the Secretary of State under that Act.—[Miss Bacon.]
