§ Mr. MillanThe question of a debate is not for me, but we certainly have very much in mind the fact that the White Paper, "Social Work and the Community", has very considerable implications for all kinds of residential accommodation. The figures I have quoted, taking into account all the existing approved school places, will represent a very considerable improvement.
