The following Amendment stood upon the Notice Paper:

In page 71, line 32, at end insert: 'except that Case A and Case B disposals of major minerals only shall not be regarded as chargeable acts or events'.

On a point of order. I understand that this Amendment, No. 96, goes with Amendment No. 107, Mr. Deputy Speaker, and as there is no one here to move it perhaps it can drop at the moment and return to it when we reach Amendment No. 107.
