Resolution reported, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to regulate fee-charging employment agencies, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any administrative expenses incurred by the Minister of Labour in consequence of that Act, including expenses attributable to proceedings under that Act;
  2. (b) the payment into the Exchequer of fees received by him in pursuance thereof.
