§ Mr. Joseph Slater146 million four-penny, 8¼ million sixpenny, 8½ million at one-and-threepence, and 12½ million four-penny printed "England Winners".
§ Mr. WinnickIs my hon. Friend aware that there is keen disappointment among 195 many people that not more were printed? Could he explain why only this number was printed, and could he say whether there will be any possibility of a reprint?
§ Mr. SlaterThe answer to the latter part of my hon. Friend's supplementary question is, No. As to the first part, why only 12½ million victory stamps were printed, it was to avoid holding up the remainder of this year's special stamp issues.
