I beg to move Amendment No. 40, in page 20, line 4, to leave out 'subsection (1)' and insert: 'subsections (1) and (2)'.

Perhaps we could take, at the same time, Amendment No. 41.

These Amendments are consequential on the addition of the new subsection (2) of Clause 26 in Committee.
