asked the Minister of Labour whether he will implement the Report on the Appointed Factory Doctor Service.

Mr. Gunter

I am, with my colleagues, considering the recommendations of the Report. The opinion of interested bodies should be available within the next few months and will be taken into account in reaching a decision.

Mr. Scott

Does not the Report draw attention to a grave misuse of doctor power? Will not the Minister consult his right hon. Friend the Minister of Health to see whether some speedy conclusion can be reached in this matter?

Mr. Gunter

Those consultations are now going on.
